MARKETPLACE TERMS

These launch-ready terms summarize the intended product rules. They require review by qualified counsel in every market where BrandAtlas is offered before live-money activation.

1. Marketplace service

BrandAtlas sells time-limited digital promotional control of map positions. It does not sell real property, legal title, sovereign status, securities, or guaranteed returns.

2. Pricing and authorization

An available territory accepts a buyer-entered bid from its displayed $1 minimum. For a claimed territory, the buyer chooses a bid at least $1 above the current settled bid. Displayed minimums may become stale; a bid is accepted only after a final server-side amount and version check.

3. Settlement and payouts

First claims accrue to the platform. For a later claim, the configured platform fee is deducted and the remainder becomes payable to the previous eligible account holder. Payouts require successful identity and account verification. Amounts may be held where payment, compliance, reserve, or onboarding requirements are incomplete.

4. Refunds and disputes

Claims are generally final once settled. This policy does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived, nor payment-network chargeback or dispute processes. Fraudulent, duplicate, unauthorized, or technically erroneous transactions will be handled under applicable law and processor rules.

5. Brand conduct

Names, logos, colors, and links must not impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, promote illegal activity, or contain hateful, deceptive, or unsafe content. BrandAtlas may suspend placement or payout access while investigating abuse.

6. Risk acknowledgement

Another business can take over a placement at any time. Demand, visibility, holding duration, future claim activity, and payout timing are not guaranteed. Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to spend.

7. Governing documents

Before production launch, add the operating entity, governing law, contact address, privacy policy, cookie policy, tax treatment, restricted-jurisdiction list, and processor-specific disclosures.
